Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, location in a truly Thai neighborhood. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with a lovely shared bathroom. The hotel also had great facilities, including a washing machine on-site. Getting around was a breeze, as the hotel was conveniently located near the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. What I loved the most was the location in a truly Thai neighborhood, which allowed me to experience the local culture and immerse myself in the authentic atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great location! Just a short walk to the MRT station and easy to get to all the major attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer a free shuttle service to the MRT which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the coffee and tea provided. Plus, the air conditioning worked great, which was a relief on hot Bangkok days.
The hotel is a bit noisy, with thin walls, so we could hear our neighbors and street noise. The towels were a bit old and stained, and while the room was generally clean, there were a few small details that could have been better.
